Derrim Mala

 I am Defrim Mala I was born in Rajca  Albania and I am 23 years old.

 I started playing in clarinet when I was 15th at the High School of Music "Onufri" Elbasan  Albania when there when there I took my "first steps" as a clarinet player with Professor Roland Berbiu  .  I participated in hight school concerts (solist and in orchestra) .

 I won the first price of "Young Clarinetists" in Tirana Albania.

 In 2014 I started studying at the University of Arts in Tirana in the class of prof. Fatos Qerimaj.

I have been part of University of Arts Symphony Orchestra for 2 years .

 In 2016-2017 I became part of erazmus + and I also got the right to study for 1 semester in Conservatorio di Musica “Giuseppe Tartini” – Trieste Italy in the class of Elena Ferrofino, and there I was part of Giusepe Tarini Student Symphony orchestra also as soloist .

When I came back I finished the bachelor program inUniversity of Arts  Tirana Albania under the guidance of prof. Fatos Qerimaj.

Now i am student at the Urniversity of Agder in the class of professor Stig Nordhagen .

Here I participate at University Concerts and   masterclasses with maestro Rolf Gupta and Cordula Hacke
